These terms apply to your use of kicksandkits.org and to any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.
Who we are
Kicks & Kits ("we", "us", "our") sells football shirts and related items online in the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time on our contact page, by email at orders@kicksandkits.org, or by phone on +44 7879 945771.
Our products
We sell premium football shirts. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football club, league, federation or brand. Any club names, crests or colours are used only to describe the item you are buying. Because screens vary, colours and fine details may look slightly different in real life to how they appear on your device.
Orders
When you place an order and pay, we'll send you a confirmation. That confirmation is our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between us. Occasionally we may not be able to accept an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there's been a pricing or description error, or we're unable to authorise your payment — in which case we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.
Prices & payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We take payment securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but if we spot a genuine error we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to reorder at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Discount codes
Promotional and discount codes are subject to any conditions stated at the time (for example, minimum spend or exclusions). Unless we say otherwise, codes can't be exchanged for cash and we may withdraw or change them at any time.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Your rights to cancel and return, including the 14-day cancellation right for online orders, are explained in full in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Intellectual property
The design, text and images on this website belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
We'll always do our best to get your order right. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Beyond that, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable at the time you ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
