Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, here's exactly where you stand — including your legal right to change your mind on an online order.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Because you're buying online, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations) gives you the right to cancel your order for any reason. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to cancel. Just email orders@kicksandkits.org or use our contact page with your order number.

Once you've told us, you then have 14 days to send the item back. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back (or of you showing us it's been sent).

The exception: personalised kits

Shirts made specially for you — anything with a custom name and number — can't be cancelled or returned under the 14-day rule, because they're made to your specification. This doesn't apply if the item is faulty or not what you ordered (see below). Standard, non-personalised kits are fully covered by the 14-day right.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs. We'll also cover the cost of sending it back. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Condition of returns

For change-of-mind returns, please send items back unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached, ideally in the original packaging. We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than needed to check it, in line with the regulations.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you cover the cost of returning the item to us. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.

How your refund is paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. For a full cancellation we'll refund the price of the goods plus the standard outbound delivery cost you paid; for a partial return we'll refund the returned items.

How to start a return

Email orders@kicksandkits.org with your order number and whether you're cancelling, returning a fault, or exchanging, and we'll send you the return details. Delivery timings and free-delivery thresholds are on our Shipping & Returns page.
